Enrica Gaspari, also known as Reeca, is a second-generation Italian-American who began her studies in body work seventeen years ago. Her work focus on identifying the specific needs of an individual, to address the vital components of Body, Mind, and Heart. From this perspective, we can engage the body’s inherent wisdom to seek out wholeness, allow the mind to create new paradigms, and inspire the heart to open. The techniques she uses have studied and use vary; from Visionary Craniosacral Work® (a soothing non-invasive hands-on therapy), Therapeutic Body Work using deep tissue techniques, Pre- and Post-Natal Treatment, Scar Tissue Remediation, Tickle Massage, Aroma Acupoint Therapy and Pelvic Floor Therapy. Her approach to any kind of bodywork is connection. Connection through conversation and touch.

Other activities

Reeca's background as a ballet dancer, oh so many years ago, taught her the importance of being in her body, and allowed her the experience the joy of an open, free-flowing spirit. In daily living, the stresses and injuries people incur can shut us down and close off the ability to feel at home in themselves. Pain, whether it be physical or emotional, can change how we think, how we move, how we live.
